Rayrigg Hall Farm Studio's are situated within a tastefully converted 17th century barn adjacent to Rayrigg Hall, Rayrigg Road, Windermere, Cumbria.
Prior to conversion Studio F housed the calves on the farm, before that it had stood empty for many years having originally served as the smithy for Rayrigg Hall.
The high standard of the conversion won the development the Rural Enterprise award in 2007
Rayrigg Hall itself c.1700 is a Grade Two listed building.
The Lakes Holistic therapy studio address is:
Studio F, Rayrigg Farm Studios, Rayrigg Road, Windermere. Cumbria. LA23 1BW
You will find me situated on the A592 approximately one mile from the junction with the A591 at the Cooks House Roundabout.
Taking the A592 from Cooks House Corner after approx. one mile and just past the emerging Birthwaite Road on the left you will need to take a right turn immediately after the bus stop where you see a large rock.
A very small rustic sign to the left of the entrance states Rayrigg Farm Studios.
The single track driveway heads towards Lake Windermere, at the large open gate with the gable end of the barn in front of you bear right.
Look for Studio F facing you - the little stand alone building with two windows and a door in the middle.
Please engage first gear and drive slowly up the steep ramp, parking is available directly outside.
Access is one small step within the unit. The outside WC is situated at the rear of Studio F and involves two steps.
